Glover and Burns have tapped into the fashion industry and they are broadening their reach to ensure longevity.

Sheree Whitfield, owner of Atlanta’s bella azul boutique, caters to the needs of the trendy and wealthy. Caldwell, mother of recording artist Bow Wow, has opened her second boutique. After Taste’s success in Duluth, she and co-owner, Curtis Martin, shared in the excitement of Atlantic Station’s grand opening. She owns the only African-American shop in the development and she is providing patrons with more than the latest trends. The former stylist brings high style and experience to her newest location. The store carries various top-tier clothing lines as well as bath and body products, candles and items for children.

 

Wine Store Wins with Customers

A former pro bowler has made the transition from the 50-yard line to more than 50 fine wines. After retiring from football, Chris Hinton built a career from a hobby. The Wine Store in Alpharetta sells wines and educates wine lovers through taste classes. The store’s knowledgeable team helps to win customers and keep them coming back. Just as Hinton won on the football field, he is scoring in his new field that includes bottles of Chablis and Pinot Noir.

 

Award Winning Game Might be on Holiday Wish Lists

Sherry Martin created Sentence Says years ago and left it on a shelf. Fortunately, after its 2004 launch, the game became a popular award-winning card game for children and adults. The “Quick-Thinking Sentence Creation Game” has pocketed the 2004 Parent’s Choice Award and Creative Child magazine’s Top Toy of the Year award for 2005, among other honors.
